Each athlete will participate in a scheduled photo session that includes the official team photo and 3 individual athlete poses. Parents will be able to view and order photos online once galleries are published.
How It Works
1. Athlete Photo Session
On Photo Day, each athlete will participate in:

Sessions are quick, organized, and designed to keep athletes comfortable while capturing modern sports portraits.
2. Receive Your QR Access Card
Each athlete will receive a personal QR access card after their session.
This QR code will be used to access their private online gallery once photos are published.
⚠️ Please keep this card in a safe place or take a picture of it.
3. Photos Are Professionally Edited
All images are professionally color corrected and processed by So Dope Media.
Galleries are typically uploaded within:
3–5 Business Days
Parents will receive an email notification once galleries are ready.
4. View & Order Online
Once galleries are live, families can:
View athlete photos, Purchase digital packages, Order Team Memory Mates, Download images, and Purchase prints online
All ordering is securely powered through GotPhoto.
